My journey began in the vibrant and culturally rich land of Israel—a place where East and West, tradition and innovation, history and modernity all meet. Growing up, I was surrounded by artistic inspiration. My mother, an artist herself, created beautiful beaded crochet jewelry and painted stunning landscapes. From her, I inherited a love for creativity, an eye for detail, and a deep appreciation for handmade artistry.
As a child, I spent hours by my mother’s side, helping her select beads and watching her transform simple materials into beautiful pieces of wearable art. These early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for jewelry design. In my youth, I even sold my mother’s designs to friends, igniting a dream that would shape my future.
In 2002, I began creating my own crochet jewelry, and soon after, I decided to deepen my skills by studying academic goldsmithing. This education gave me the technical foundation to bring my creative visions to life, blending ancient techniques with contemporary style. Since then, I have been designing and crafting jewelry with a commitment to quality, originality, and heartfelt expression.
A Unique Blend of Cultures and Styles
Israel is a crossroads of cultures, and my work reflects this unique blend. My style—what I call Classical Oriental—draws inspiration from both Western elegance and Oriental richness. Each piece is a fusion of timeless forms and intricate motifs, capturing the spirit of a place where diverse influences come together in harmony.
My collections are also deeply inspired by the natural world—the shimmering blue of the Mediterranean Sea, the delicate beauty of real flowers, the lush green of garden grass, and the shapes and patterns found in Israel’s ancient landscapes. I am fascinated by the history of jewelry, from mid-century European classics to the vibrant colors and ornate designs of Indian adornment. These influences come together in my work, which includes everything from statement pieces to delicate, minimalist designs.
Craftsmanship and Materials
Every piece at Rebeka Jewelry is handcrafted with love and care, the result of a meticulous design process. I believe that jewelry should do more than decorate—it should tell your story, evoke emotion, and help you express your unique personality.
I use only the finest materials, including solid gold, gold-filled, gold-plated, rose gold-plated, sterling silver 925, silver-plated, rhodium, black-plated metals, iron, and brass. My creations feature a wide range of precious and semi-precious stones—onyx, turquoise, jasper, rose quartz, jade, agate, lapis, malachite, sandstone, amethyst, opal, tiger eye, amazonite, hematite, and high-quality crystals. Each stone is carefully selected for its color, shine, and individual character, ensuring that every piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
