Returns Policy

I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All the items that are being sent to the customers are brand new.
Exchanges will be acceptable within 7 days from receipt ONLY if they arrived damaged and must not be used. For damaged jewelry please take a picture of it to show the damage. For exchange - will be charged 20% restocking fees.
ABOUT THE EXCHANGE, IT POSSIBLE ONLY IF THE CUSTOM PAY FOR THE TAX IN ISRAEL
For items in my shop that created specific for customer, like ring for example, I can NOT accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Please do NOT mail back your item and expect a refund.
